**Track Record**

Ryan began as an agent at a locally owned and operated franchise of an internationally recognized brand. There, he focused on the retail asset class. This led to advising on development projects and investment acquisition and dispositions.
He was later called upon to establish a new corporately owned and operated office for the national brand. He obtained his broker license, grew his investment business, and expanded into the office and industrial asset classes. He soon incorporated his practice and eventually went on to establish his own firm.

More About Ryan

There's a unique context to Ryan's experience. He has worked on both sides of the ongoing convergence of the retail and industrial sectors, where the lines between each are becoming increasingly blurred. He was also providing guidance through urbanization trends such as live-work-play and the rise of mixed-use development when they began their transcendence of the office, retail, and residential sectors.
More recently, Ryan has been focusing on macroeconomic fundamentals, technological advances, and demographic changes that are leaving a lasting impact on commercial real estate.
There are few people who have received the benefit of the many sightlines of the industry Ryan has experienced. His purview has ranged from leasing to investment sales across commercial real estate asset classes, from agent to broker, and manager within a Fortune 500 to independent business owner.
The duration, intensity and range of Ryan’s experience is a rare and valuable asset.
Ryan graduated from the Asper School of Business where he majored in Finance and studied through the global financial crisis. He met his wife Monica while attending university. They reside in southwest Winnipeg with their daughter and son. When he isn't working, you'll find Ryan reading with the kids, spending time at Monica’s family farm, and golfing at Southwood Golf and Country Club.
