Meet Monica
Monica joined Behie Real Estate Inc. in 2023 bringing fifteen years of professional experience in healthcare, government and entrepreneurship. She is responsible for day-to-day oversight of marketing, accounting, operations, and administration .
Professional Experience
Monica graduated from the University of Manitoba where she earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree and Registered Nurse designation (RNBN). While completing her degree, she travelled across Canada working as a personal caregiver. Her role required confidential management and communications of privileged information on behalf of government officials. This included her presence and care in private meetings and the House of Commons.
After completing her nursing degree, Monica was immediately hired at St. Boniface Hospital where she provided client-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. She was invited to take on a leadership role that resulted in overseeing staff and operations of the Perinatal Unit. Her role required a strong sense of urgency, leadership and critical thinking - skills and experience that have been instrumental in her success with Behie.
Today, Monica is responsible for day-to-day business operations with an emphasis on marketing, administration, and client deliverables.
